These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Butterfly website and services (“Service”), which are operated by Flip Art Media, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using AI Butterfly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property associated with AI Butterfly (excluding User Content and third-party content) are owned by Flip Art Media, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

If you purchase credits, subscriptions, or other services through AI Butterfly, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time, with notice provided via the Service or email.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Use automated scripts to interact with the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

• Reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the Service

We may investigate and take legal action against violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court.

You waive the right to bring any class action or representative action against us.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
